Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
