Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your contributions will play a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
