Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
