Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store maintains its best appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
