Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
