Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and uphold company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Contribute feedback to management regarding product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
