Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
