Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards
  • Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
  • Operate cash registers and follow cash policies

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate equipment efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
