Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers during their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and handling customer inquiries.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
