Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing stock and merchandising tasks. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combine education and experience for equivalent knowledge.
