Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our staff, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good communication skills and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
