Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the face of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and report any issues
  • Follow cash handling policies to ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to company policies while upholding document security and data confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
