Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Report product issues and inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
