Job Description
Are you ready to join the Aldi team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist? In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain document security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail work experience is a plus
