Job Description

Are you ready to join the Aldi team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist? In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain document security

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail work experience is a plus
