Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering and merchandising tasks.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Participate in inventory management activities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently.
- Work with equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
