Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-merchandised, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our shoppers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Capacity to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
