Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to ALDI standards and values.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure stock availability.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
