Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Participate in inventory management
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Age requirement: 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Experience in retail and equipment operation preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
