Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI's team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and retail equipment handling.
  • Ability to offer courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred.
