Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies, maintain document security, and handle data confidentially

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
