Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store remains organized and visually appealing.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work well independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
