Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and ensure document security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
