We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
