Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and ensure product availability.
- Adhere to company policies, cash procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
