Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and assist in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain store security

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
