Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, clean the store, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and cash register skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and interpret company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
