Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
