Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
