Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store maintains a clean and organized appearance while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
