Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, ensure neat merchandise displays, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in inventory management and maintain store security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
