Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Working full-time with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, you will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of general cleaning standards and company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently
