Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position is full-time, with the starting wage at $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
