Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. With a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, you will have the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Assist customers, collaborate with the team, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Knowledge equivalent to education and experience
