Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaboration with the team and a strong commitment to customer service are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to contribute to the store's success.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and security measures.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
