Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store performance.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
