Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Follow established company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
