Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
