Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Your role will focus on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork with the Aldi staff.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in providing courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
