Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking merchandise, operating cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and management
- Assist with inventory management and cash handling
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate cash registers and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
