We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and contribute to inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
