Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members
• Report product inventory, scanning errors, and other issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register, equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience a plus
