Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.

• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
