We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash register, equipment, and maintain a clean store environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
