Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
