Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer purchases
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
