Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
