Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a neat and organized store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track product losses, and report issues to supervisors.
  • Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures and minimize losses.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
