Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment and handle alcoholic beverages as required.
