Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by stocking products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold company standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior retail experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
