Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, well-stocked, and offers exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
