Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain store appearance
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory management and take store inventory counts

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
